Joint exercises of the crews of the Ukrainian Priluki missile boat and the British reconnaissance ship Echo (HMS Echo H87) took place in the Black Sea. This was reported in the press service of the Naval Forces Square.
“During a joint training session, the Ukrainian rocket boat and the British ship completed tactical maneuvering tasks, air defense exercises, and also conducted communication training in accordance with NATO standards,” reads a post posted on the Navy’s Facebook page.
The report states that the helicopter of the M-14 naval aviation brigade was involved in the exercises, which performed the tasks of covering the surface situation in the training area.
The hydrographic ship of the British Navy moored in the port of Odessa on May 6. The captain of the vessel was planning to meet with the head of the Naval Forces of Ukraine. There was also a friendly rugby match between sailors and locals.
